What these terms cover?

These are the terms and conditions on which we supply goods to you.

Why you should read them?

Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the order, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these terms, please contact us.

Payment

Pixie Dot Craft Supplies accepts payments via Paypal which is one of the world’s leading online secure payment companies. When you place an order on our website you will be redirected to Paypal, who will then take your card details over a secure connection.  We will not receive your card details at any point.  You will then return to our website.

Goods will not be dispatched until your payment has been authorised by Paypal. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment, or puts the payment on hold (Paypal E-cheque), we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of goods.  Orders will not be dispatched until payment is cleared in full.

We also accept payments by card via Shopify payments and Clearpay.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders for items that have been accidentally mis-priced.

Ordering

All invoices must be paid in Pounds Sterling. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and to product availability. You must make sure that the details you provide are true and accurate. We cannot take responsibility for problems caused if the details you provide are incorrect. 

If you order goods which are not available from stock, we will contact you by email. You can then choose to wait until the goods are available or cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy. If only part of your order is out of stock we can dispatch the in stock items immediately and outstanding items will be dispatched when available at no extra cost.

We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time. Please check all prices before placing your order.

Sale items are excluded from any other offers and promotions.

We will send the confirmation email to the email address you give to us when you place your order. It sets out details of the products you wish to buy, the cost (including any P&P charges).

You must check all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are wrong. Once production of a personalised or bespoke product has commenced, then you will be unable to cancel or amend an order.

If your order has not been accepted, we will email you to tell you why.

OUR PRODUCTS

Our products may vary slightly from their pictures.  The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. 

Please contact us with any questions about the colour or size of any item before purchasing. 

Please note that although we put our best efforts in to producing and supplying a consistent range of fabrics, that different batches of the same fabric may differ slightly from time to time.

This includes a change in the grain size or shape on our printed fabrics, backing on our standard fabrics, grain size on our glitter fabrics or slight tone change in all our fabrics. Although we ensure the quality will remain the same, due to the manufacturing process, we cannot guarantee that on different orders, that the fabrics will be exactly the same.

Import Duty
If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

 

Delivery

We can only give approximate delivery periods based on approximate dispatch times.  Please see our Postage and Shipping page for further postage information.

Lost or Delayed Items

If your items are lost or delayed, please email us at: Pixiedotbowshop@outlook.com quoting your order number and we will do our best to investigate this for you.

Postage Claims

If your parcel doesn't turn up when you expect it, please contact us as soon as possible. You must contact us a maximum of 10 days after your expected delivery date in order for us to progress a claim with Royal Mail.

Signed For delivery is classed as delayed if a delivery attempt hasn't been made within 3 working days of its expected delivery date.

Customs Information

We are unable to calculate and are not responsible for any customs or import duties levied when the goods arrive in your country. Delays may occur in customs which effect the delivery time quoted and this is beyond our control.

Cancellations, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We hope that your product reaches you in great condition. If you think it’s damaged or faulty, please contact us at Pixiedotshop@outlook.com and we will contact you, to sort things out.

Returns on bespoke/personalised items will only be accepted if the product is faulty.

Our printed fabrics, are printed in house, on demand.   Where you have placed an order for our in house printed fabrics, due to them being custom to your order, they cannot be returned unless the product is faulty.  

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, please contact us via email or our website if you want to return your item. Please note that items are returned at the customers’ expense and we recommend that your returns should be sent by recorded delivery, we will not take responsibility for goods which do not reach us.

If you wish to return items, please do so in the original packaging.  Inspections will be done on the returns and damaged goods deemed damaged by you, the customer, will not be refunded.

You will receive your refund credit or exchange order (when in stock) within 5 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible. Your refund will exclude the original delivery charge (or cost, if the item included free delivery).

 No refunds will be given on digital items - i.e - cut files, printable templates.  Please check carefully before purchasing.

Fabric Colours

Colour tones of fabrics may vary slightly when ordered on different dates & from different batches. Custom prints such as name requests or logos etc. may also vary slightly between print runs. Please be aware when purchasing as refunds will not be given on this basis.  If you require a photo of your reprint prior to sending, please contact us first. 

 

Discount Codes

We offer discount codes from time to time.  We reserve the right to cancel these at any time.  Discount codes cannot be added after ordering, these will be automatically discounted during the time of ordering when entering the code. 

Our repeat customer discount is currently valid on all orders over £10.  Please see your compliment slip for your unique code.

Discount needs to be applied at checkout and cannot be added on after the time of ordering.  

Sale stock such as misprints and seconds are none refundable.  

 

Vouchers

We now offer gift cards and are available in £15, £25 or £50.  Gift cards are valid on one order only and orders have to match or exceed the amount on the voucher.  Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift cards.

Here at Pixie Dot, we ensure we maintain the trust and confidence of both visitors and our customers to our web site. We want you to be aware that Pixie Dot will not sell, rent or trade email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. We have provided a list below of when and why we collect your personal information, and how we use it.

We do not use cookies to collect or record information on your name, address or other contact details.

In order to serve you both securely and efficiently, reputable third-party banking (including PayPal) and distribution institutions handle our credit card transactions and order fulfilment. They receive the information needed to verify and authorise your payment card and to process your order. All such organisations are under strict obligation to keep your personal information private.

All and any Intellectual Property Rights in connection with the Products shall be owned by Us absolutely.
