Discount Codes:
From time to time we have discount codes on our website. These codes are not valid on:
Sale Stock
Custom Prints
Nylon Bands
Felt
Glitter Felt
Discount needs to be applied at checkout and cannot be added on after the time of ordering.
Sale stock such as misprints and seconds are none refundable.
Sizings
Where you see medium and large on our website, the sizing are as follows:
Medium will be printed no bigger than 3cm wide x 3.4 cm height
Large will be printed no bigger than 3.5cm wide x 5cm height
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payments through PayPal, a service accepting all major card types and which you do not need to sign up for to use! We also accept card payments and Clearpay. We do not accept cash or cheque.
What is Clearpay?
Clearpay is an easy payment service that allows customers to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in 4 Automatic Instalments every 2 weeks, without any interest.

Do you ship worldwide?
Unfortunately, we have currently suspended our worldwide shipping. We will reassess this again in the future.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
We aim to have your parcel dispatched within 3-5 working days, however, we do ask you allow the full 10 working days if your order includes custom prints.
Please also note, during the COVID 19 pandemic we are working as normal, however please do bear with Royal Mail for the delivery of your items. Parcels are taking longer than usual but they are doing a fantastic job of keeping the mail service running during this difficult period.
Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are NOT classed as working days.
Do you restock sold out items?
If an item is out of stock we endeavour to restock within a month, however with items such as our exclusive die designs, this may take a little longer.
Can I return an item?
Returns are valid 14 days from delivery and will be fulfilled where possible. Please check our terms and conditions on refunds on the terms and conditions page. Please do check your order details thoroughly before making final payment.
Where is my order?
If your items are lost or delayed, please email us at: Pixiedotbowshop@outlook.com quoting your order number and we will do our best to investigate this for you.
Postage Claims
If your parcel doesn't turn up when you expect it, please contact us as soon as possible. You must contact us a maximum of 10 days after your expected delivery date in order for us to progress a claim with Royal Mail.
Signed For delivery is classed as delayed if a delivery attempt hasn't been made within 5 working days of its expected delivery date.
Add ons
We do not allow customers to add on to already completed orders. If you have forgotten something, a new order will need placed.
